What we do
The booster club is the parent side of Lake robotics
We are parents and community members of Lake Local Schools. We raise money and organize the help our robotics students need to build their robot and get to competition.
The students do the engineering. We do the fundraising and the running around so the coaches do not have to. A coach buried in money and paperwork is a coach who is not coaching, and handing that work to parents instead is a large part of why this club exists.
The board meets nine times a season to decide how that gets done, and you are welcome at all nine.
The short version: parents raise the money, coaches coach, students build the robot.
Reach the board
Come to a meeting
The simplest way to reach the board is to come to a meeting. Bring a question, a suggestion, or an offer to help. Nothing needs to be arranged in advance.
